You’ve either heard the complaints or experienced them yourself; Program or pricing changed at the closing; the loan officer never calls you back; you wait 2 months for an approval, then, when your contract is running out, the loan officer turns you down… and on and on.

Since 1995, Eli and Crystal Beard, Owners of Ambient Home Lending, have been offering home loans throughout the state of Oregon from our offices in Medford in the beautiful Rogue Valley. We have seen the huge amount of changes that have occurred since then, which have made our cities, counties and state one of the most envied locations to live in our whole country. During this tenure we have also tried to learn more about how best to serve our changing marketplace and the increasing amount of people who make up our communities. By incorporating the best in technology and making sure only the best state Certified Loan Officers serve our clients, we continue to build on our excellent reputation of service.

As Ambient Home Lending progresses with the ebb and flow of the real estate market and the changing needs of our long term clients, we continue to re-commit ourselves to assuring the placement of our clients needs above our own.
